Hi ladies!! I just wanted to share with you some of the reasons why I love doing what I do and helping moms be healthier and happy everyday!
These classes do so much to help moms, here are a few ways they help................
- Helps with post partum depression. Studies have shown that exercise is a great way to beat the baby blues and to exercise with a group of other moms for that social aspect really boosts the benefits of stroller fitness classes.
- Moms get to interact with their children while they exercise. No need to leave your children in a daycare or with another caregiver. Babies get to socialize too, we always get the little ones out to play after class. They have a great time too.
- Moms are getting strong with resistance training. We need those mommymuscle®s to take care of our children and families. We want to feel energized through out the day instead of drained and tired.
- Setting good examples for our children. Children learn by observing and when they see mom having fun with fitness they learn to love it too. When we show them at a very early age that fitness is just a part of life we are helping them by giving them a guide for a healthy lifestyle for the rest of their lives.

Fitness tip: Get out and take the kids for a walk in the stroller. By pushing that stroller on your walk you are burning on average 20% more calories than if you were walking alone. The bonus...... you're spending time with your little ones!
