StrollerFit® on Great Day St. Louis

Hi everyone!! We were so thrilled to be able to have Tim Tialdo from Great Day St. Louis come to our StrollerFit® class. He worked out with us through out the entire class and did a fantastic job. I let him borrow my youngest Zane and we all had a blast. The poor camera man was having a heck of a time keeping up though but he managed.
I think people will have a better idea about what our mom and baby stroller fitness class is about once they see the video. It's truly a great workout, not just walking around a mall which I know many people think until they come to class. Here's the link, check it out for yourselves.
