We just ended our 6 week fitness challenge!
Those moms who participated in this extra challenge were required to keep a food journal and had their measurements and body fat percentages taken at the beginning of the challenge. They all did a great job and look fantastic. They dropped several inches, pounds and lost body fat. Elisha was our winner with the most inches and body fat lost!! Great Job!!! For winning the challenge she will recieve a prize courtesy of StrollerFit®. What more could you ask for? You get a stroller fitness class with your child, lead by a personal trainer, challenges, some serious fitness benefits and you can win a prize!! I love doing fitness challenges, it's such a great motivator for people and they are a lot fun. Through out the 6 week challenge we also held mini-challenges once a week, these were so much fun and got the moms really energized and excited about coming to class.

Find out what get's you excited about fitness and start your new workouts now. If you get in the habit of working out now before winter sets in, you'll be more likely to stick to your routine.
