Lady and Baby in Red 2009
During the month of February each time you attend a StrollerFit® St. Louis class you will receive one point. You can also accumulate bonus points for the following: wearing a red t-shirt on the date(s) specified by your instructor, bringing your baby in red on that date, bringing a friend to class, and having that friend sign up for classes.On February 28, the person with the most points will win a StrollerFit® utility bag.We will also be handing out heart healthy recipes and tips throughout the month.
This is just another example of how StrollerFit® is here to help our community to be healthy, happy & have fun with fitness.

Fitness Tip...... Remember to breathe while strength training, holding your breath while lifting weights or doing resistance training can put added stress on your heart. Try to also keep a loose grip on the weights, tightening your grip while lifting can raise your blood pressure.
