It's been so cold in St. Louis but Moms here are so dedicated to their fitness the cold weather doesn't seem to deter them from coming to class. We've had several new moms in class and more that are coming to our Open House Event this Thursday (Jan. 22nd). Looks like all those New Years resolutions are getting started, mine included. Everyone is so motivated and excited about classes, it just really makes me feel good about what I do. I've recently had a few moms that have moved here from another state and had taken StrollerFit® classes in their home town and were so excited to find a StrollerFit® class in St. Louis. I have one mom in particular that drives 45 minutes to come to class, that's dedication! Moms love StrollerFit® and nationwide we offer the best mom and baby fitness classes and it shows in the fact that moms seek us out. They want a stroller fitness class they know is the best no matter where they go.
I'm so glad that our classes are fun and energetic so the moms feel that they are getting a good workout while their children are entertained and happy. I'm so excited to offer another great year of StrollerFit® classes in St. Louis and help new moms get fit & healthy!
