We are busy, busy here at StrollerFit® in St. Louis. We are 3 weeks into our Spring Fitness Challenge and now we have partnered with The Biggest Loser to do their Pound for Pound Challenge. We will enter as a team and for every pound we pledge to lose they will donate one pound of groceries to Feeding America, which will deliver groceries to local food banks across the country. What a great idea and I'm so happy we could participate in this challenge.
We will also be kicking off mom 'n tot yoga very soon.
Here's a little more information on that.......
A fun, interactive 40 minute yoga class for you and your child to do together! We will tell stories and 'act' out the poses.
This is a FUN FUN class!
Strengthen your body and your bond at the same time!
Reduce you and your child’s risk of obesity and disease!
All ages from birth to 10yrs are welcome.
Keep in mind classes are designed to keep kids aged 3 - 8 engaged in a fun yoga class.
Classes will be starting May 6th and will be held every Wednesday evening from 6:45-7:25pm.

Whether you like to do cardio/strength training by pushing a stroller and having fun with your child in our stroller fitness class or if you like the strength/stretching benefits of yoga we have the right class for you. In either class your child will always be entertained and learn how fun fitness can be.
